Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed according to the lead time specified in the details of each Product Page. If no Lead Time is stated, the standard Lead time is 3 business days. Orders may not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and you will be notified via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Got Pivo shall not be responsible for delivery delays once the package is with the shipping company.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. It is the buyers responsibility to keep track of the package once it is with the courier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Got Pivo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged during transit

Got Pivo does insure all packages shipped.

Got Pivo is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
It is Your responsibility to keep track of the package once it is with the courier.

If Your order has not moved or has been deemed lost by the courier, please contact us so we can help file a claim on Your behalf.

If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please take pictures of the damaged packaging including, the complete shipping label and the contents inside. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods throughout the duration of a claim.

We will do our best to advocate on Your behalf, but We cannot guarantee the courier will approve the claim or provide a refund.
