📌 How to Order:
1️⃣ Select your 3D printer make and model. If you don’t see your printer, don’t worry—send us a message!
2️⃣ Select if you want engraving on one side or both.
3️⃣ Complete the personalization box:
4️⃣ Place your order. After ordering, send us a message via Etsy with any additional comments and your logo/design. Preferred file format: SVG. If you have your logo as an SVG, let us know, and we’ll provide instructions on how to share it.
A few important guidelines for the logo:
– It must be black and white only (no colors, shades, or gradients)
– It should be in good quality resolution for the best engraving results
If your file doesn’t meet these standards, no worries—we’re happy to take a look and see how we can help. Design services are available for a fee, please contact us for more info
Please note: The engraving will be mirrored in order to transfer to your print correctly.
🔹 Mockup Approval Process:
– We will provide a digital mockup of your order before engraving. If we do not receive your approval within 24 hours, we will proceed with engraving as-is.
– Two revisions to the first mockup are complimentary, additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
LEAD TIME:
Total lead time is typically 5-7 business days.
The mock up will be provide within 2 business days. 1 day for approval. The plate will be ready to ship in 2 – 4 days after mock up approval depending on size of plate and if double sided is selected.

No Returns or Exchanges – Due to the custom nature of this product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Accuracy Responsibility – We are not responsible for typos or errors in your submitted design. Please double-check your file before sending it.
Logo Submission Deadline – If we do not receive your logo within 24 hours of your order, the order will be canceled.
